We look forward to hosting you at our Farm to Hospital dinner, where you will have the unique opportunity to dine at the new Greenhouse on Lox Farms! Enjoy an evening of cocktails and a three-course meal crafted exclusively by Chef Jimmy Everett using vegetables grown right from the farm. Ticket profits will go to The Fresh Rx Fund, a farm to hospital initiative to help make it possible to provide complimentary fresh produce to patients in need.

Everyone will be seated at our family style tables. Please let us know in additional notes section at check-out who you’d like to sit with. We will do our best to make those arrangements.

Blackened Radish Skewers | dipped in a butter sauce and dusted with an activated charcoal seasoning

Key West Pink Shrimp Skewer | arugula pesto and shaved pecorino romano

Crispy Roll of Roasted Lox Farms Carrots | lemongrass curry yogurt and pickled Lox Farms young ginger 


Lox Farms Salad | spring mix, radishes, cucumber, tomatoes with a fresh herb vinaigrette

Grilled Local Caught Swordfish | marinated in black olive oil

Lox Farms Eggplant and Tomatoes | marinated in white verjus, roasted garlic, micro basil

Zucchini Tapenade | capers, tumeric and pecorino 


Carrot and Ginger Tres Leches | tumeric mascarpone frosting and candied carrot and ginger 

Dress Code | Smart Casual. Heels are not recommended on the farm.  The footing on the farm is not leveled and unpaved.

Location |  Lox Farms (1442 E Road, Loxahatchee, FL 33470). Parking will be available at the entrance of the farm.

This event is a rain or shine, tickets are non-refundable, but can be transferred for a $25 fee.
